I agree with it being Leeds. That way you can have all the Traffic jams and Zone charges up there in the "Capital City" and I'll get to work on time!

I attended a swimming competition in Leeds and laughed when I read the banner over the pool: Leeds - Capital of the North.
Pah - gateway of the North maybe but capital - never, historically you'd have to go with York, but Leeds it's practically an extension of the Midlands.
I used to live near Leeds and thought it was a real dump, it's got better but it's about as attractive as Manchester.

England - London
UK - London
England doesn't have it's own captial so yes it should be Leeds
