i am applying to a college that is asking to provide two teacher reference forms from 11-12 grades, but i am graduating early, thus i will not be attending 12 grade. I am only in the beginning of my junior year, so i do not know very well my teachers, but i need those forms befor november 1!!!
So if i am graduating early does the requirement move form 11-12 grade to 10-11???

They will not actually know if the teacher taught you while you were in grade 11 or 12. I have been asked by students that I did not know well to write letters at the beginning of the year. I do not have a problem doing that.
Honestly, you can tell more or less what kind of student a kid is a couple weeks in. Jot down all of the activities that you are involved in both inside and outside of school. Explain the situation to a teacher and ask if they can write a letter for you. If they say yes hand them the paper and tell them that these are the things that you are involved in.
The teacher does not say "I am Jane's 12th grade teacher." Usually we say that you have been a student in my class for the current school year, or that we have known the student for the past 2 years, etc.
Just ask a couple current teachers. It will be fine. And, technically this year will be like your 11 and 12 combined in 1.
