me and my bff want ot be go go girls 4 halloween. we want to make our outfits but we don't know what kind of stuff to use to make it. we want it to be simple. any ideas?

The only thing that is a must are the boots, white is the best.

Then you can go with either mini shorts, mini skirt, or a mini dress. Vinyl is the best for fabric, or something that has that shinny look to it. Stick with vibrant colors, neons are best. Look at some pictures to get ideas about what you might want, try costume stores for pre-made go go costumes.

Try to find a pattern if you plan on sewing it yourself, check your local craft and fabric stores. Then find a good material to make it out of. Ask the sales clerk to help you find what you need.
I would just buy or rent a costume, it takes too much time to sew one if you aren't experienced.

Me personally, I would just buy or rent one. It will cost about the same in the end, and it won't take a lot of time.
