Whenever I get an email in my mail box, a small icon of a yellow envelope appears at the lower right hand corner of my screen. It also shows who the message or email is from etc.. How can I get rid of this little yellow envelope from popping up everytime I get an email? Whoever is using my computer can see my business.

That is because you have Yahoo!Messenger installed on your computer. It only happens when you are logged into messenger, correct? I don't know if there is a setting to change that within messenger but that is where I would check.

u cant. the only way is by clicking on it and reading the new mail that u received

dont log in Y! messanger ..cause u cant get rid of these alarms .
