I suspect I have low testosterone. Is there a recommended way of boosting it without harmful drugs?

Weight lifting will encourage your hormones to boost. Exercise of any kind will do it. Exposure to fresh air and sun (in the spring for example) will encourage the hormones of the body to become more active.
Number one: get a girlfriend. Not by becoming sexually active, but just enough to keep you a little teased. Little turn-ons are part of the design of the system, to keep your hormones at the right level, like ocean waves. Not to be always on 0 or 100%, they are supposed to fluctuate. Just like women are always trying to turn us on (at least it seems that way), we should do the same, and keep the attraction in the air so thick you could cut it with a knife. Men and women are meant to be together. That's one of the best things about life. Find the one that's meant for you.

Get tested by a doctor first to see if your testosterone levels are within normal ranges. Their are prescription patches and creams that you can buy legally. I have used AndroGel with very positive results. Very important to discuss testosterone replacement therapy with your doctor. Don't only rely on internet research.
