Well, I have a friend who likes to talk about how much he loves to ejcaulate. Well, he said after a week he didn't and then decided to ejaculate. He's only 15 by the way. He said he released like, a huge amount of it. Does postponing ejcaulations really mean a better release next time?

Yes, the glands in your reproductive system produce fluids that form semen at a constant rate all the time. If you ejaculate often then you do not allow the fluids to collect. If you hold off for a few days or a week and then get really aroused and masturbate slowly then you will have stronger ejaculations with a lot of fluid. If you don't masturbate for a couple of weeks you could end up having wet dreams.
