It makes you wonder what kind of qualifications some of the people have who work in banks. I have found a payment taken from my credit card that I know nothing about. The banks attitude was, Ok, get a crime number and we'll refund the money. Not how it happened and why their system was compromised. They should sort this within days, keep on at them, remInd them that you have no money to live on.Any loan should be free, they should have picked this fraud up.

hmmm was it bank of america by chance? Yes i had the same thing happen to me, only it was with checks. someone forged 300,000 in checks and the bank deposited them all. I had only $500.00 in my bank account!

The worst part is the checks were fake, and had my account number but a mans name on them. Cmon banks are getting really bad these days.
