To get your timing right you need a timing light and you need to know where it should be. I can't tell you where is should be because I don't know which engine you have. A Chevy dealer will tell you though.
Once you have the timing correct you can add a can of Berrymans B-12 to remove any water from you fuel tank and system (but use about twice as much as the directions on the can, it won't hurt anything to use more).
If that does not correct it change your fuel filter. While you have it out and dry, try blowing through it in the direction of the arrow. If there is a lot of pressure this may solve your problem.
If you still have a problem after these easy fixes you probably have clogged fuel injectors that will require professional cleaning.
Many local shops do this a lot cheaper than a dealer.

Good luck!

i would think a clogged fuel filter or a fualty fuel pump. Try the fuel filter first though. It is cheap and they do need to be replaced every once and a while! never hurts to change every once in a while. Also try putting some water seperator n the fuel tank and see if that fixes it. Try cheaper fixes first then the expensive later

Replace your rotor cap and plug the smallest of the THREE[only if you have three] hoses at the fuel pump and replace the spring clip for a good screw type hose clamp because of the additional pressure that will build here.
