Has this happened to anyone else? It is really starting to creep me out. When I look at the clock on several instances, the time is 11:11. It is the weirdest thing. Has this happened to anyone else? It could be some kind of prophetic event, I don't know. Please help me out. No smart *** answers, please!

Just to let you know, I don't sit there and stare at the clock. I hardly ever look at the clock, and never purposely at that time.

For some reason I keep seeing 9:11 never 9:10 or 9:15 if it's within an hour of 9:11 the ONE time I'll look it'll be exactly 9:11 don't ask me why that works that way. Been doing this for about 2 years now. At first it freaked me out. Now if it's around that time I don't bother to look because I know exactly what time it is.

If you can't see the seconds on a clock, and provided you have a normal sleeping pattern which means you can see both the morning 11:11 and the evening 11:11 (on a 12-hour clock of course), then the chances of you seeing it would be based upon you looking at the clock. Assuming that you don't look at the time at all except at exactly 11:11, there's a 1 in 1440 chance of that happening. Look at it twice, and there's a 1 in 720 chance etc. etc. So if you find yourself looking at the clock several times a day at regular intervals (say every ten minutes or so), then you're bound to spot 11:11 at some point. Just remember that 11:11 has no significance to it whatsoever.

I've sometimes deliberately watched the clock at certain times. I've seen it at 11:11:11, 10:10:10 and 12:34:56. :P

As for just happening to see the clock at a certain time, there are any number of explanations for it. It's possible there are just certain times in the day when you tend to look at the clock, for whatever reason. Or it could be just chance. Remember, if you're up, say, 16 hours every day and are always asleep at 11:11 PM, there's a 1 in 960 chance of seeing it at 11:11 AM whenever you look at the clock. So if you look at the clock maybe 16 times a day, you'd see it once every sixty days just randomly.

There's also some other possibilities. After seeing it at that time several times in a row, your brain may subconsciously keep track of the time (it appears that the subconscious mind does keep track of time fairly accurately) and cause you to glance at the clock around that time. In other words, your mind may be subconsciously reinforcing this 'coincidental' pattern. Also, I wouldn't say this relates to 11:11 AM very well, but some clocks make a slight tick noise when they hit a certain time, and if you're a light sleeper and have the clock in the same room, it can wake you up without you realizing what did it. I know someone who once woke up during the night at 5:33 AM three nights in a row, and we decided it was due to the clock making a noise.

happens to me all the tie. i do look @ the clock a lot, but i see double (or triple) numbers all the time. when that happens, I just make 4 wishes for 11:11, 5 for 5:55, 3 for 3:33, 10 for 10:10, and so on.

I always see 9:11, which is kinda creepy, but I think it's because that is the only time I really remember to have seen when I look at the clock.

Very frequently! And to make it even weirder when I wake up in the night I almost always wake up and look at the clock when it is 2:22. 3:33. 4:44 and so forth. I am always a little disappointed that there is no 6:66! LOL It always makes me feel good when I see those times.
Go figure.

No, but I've been looking at the clock either and exact hour later from the last time I looked at it, or often at 9:11...yeah...I think it's just coincidence, don't be freaked out by it.
