he was filming some sting rays an he got too close to one and its barb a big spike on its tail went in his chest trough his heart and out of his back the vidio is going to be on tv soon because he wanted to show people haw dangerous they can be he always told the film crew to keep filming even if he was dying which i think is cool because just about all of his work is on film

A stingray stung him, piercing right above his heart. I think he died because of bleeding, or the poison, whichever got to him first.

well he died because he was stung in the heart underwater by a stingray. It is so sad to know that he isnt alive anymore.

he was fliming a movie in Australia and was under water with stingrays, and one pierded him in the heart with his stinger. I heard the news reported it before his wife even knew. Very sad.
