i have said lk so many times in just one sentence I would say about 2 to 3 times In a sentence but that was just cause I was being stupid I guess. but on a regular basis i would say 2 lks in 3 sentences. I am improving lol.

I was born in 1976 so most of my growing up was in the 80s. We all talked like that back then.

I never did talk like that. It seems to be a teen thing, however. My daughter does it and it gets on my last nerve! So annoying!!

It's even more annoying when people answer questions that way. They'll even abbreviate words such as N E and UR and RU, but they make sure they add like. "R NE of U like going to like college?"

I've never had that problem and yes, I find it extremely annoying.
When I was in 3rd or 4th grade, my problem was saying "ya know" like that and every time I would say it my mom would interrupt me and say "yes, I do know" and I stopped saying it in no time.
