I don't see how! Whoever the president is they are controlled by Congress and the Senate. I know you don't believe it but pay attention in class. Controlled by women, no war?
Ask the Israelis under Golda Meir
Ask the Indians under Indira Gandhi
Ask the Phillipinos under Corazon Aquino
Ask the British under Queen Victoria and Margaret Thatcher.
That is an old 60's pipe dream that is easily disproven by looking at any of the above mentioned women.

Political leaders lead through principles and knowledge, and the ability to sort out good advice. I don't think that there would be that much difference based on gender.
I do wonder why there has not been a female President, or a Black, or a Hispanic... we have a diverse country with some great leaders of all races, etc. ( I am a white male).
There are times when we need to engage in war - like now when there are those who want to harm us and will stop at nothing other than force.
I hope future leaders will have the wisdom to understand those circumstances.

Of course the world would be a much better place with a woman in the Oval Office. HOWEVER, it ain't gonna happen...no way...no how. At least not in this lifetime. Unfortunately, men still rule the world.

What makes you think a woman would not support war? The president is only allowed to do so much, there are more powerfull people behind him.

Sorry not true Israeli prime minister in the 1973 war with all arab states to be fair they shot 1st but that's only because Golda Meir decided to wait until after yom kippur to attack. I believe a Pakistani prime minister I forget her name was at war with India over the Kashmir area.

yes fewer wars but it depends on the woman. some women turn out to be no different than men and they start wars b/c of same reasons the men go to war.

We have a good few female heads of state at the moment, and there's absolutely no sign that they are any less will to participate in wars than their male counterparts.
