How do you effectively BACK-UP WITHOUT a Back-Up Program? This would include....?

Saved e-mails, IE Favorites, the Desktop and My Documents and Settings... Anything else....????

It really depends on how much you have to backup. If the amount of gigabytes is small, you could backup onto DVDs. You'll get about 4.7 GB on a disc. Howeveer, if you have loads of photos, music etc. you should invest in an external hard drive and back up onto that. One way or another you should be backing up regularly.
