I could say to remember the terrorist attack, to remind ourselves the job in not finished yet
However, in future years I think the most important thing to remember will be the tragic loss of innocent life and the great sacrifices made by our police, firemen and many others on that day

Because it was the worst mass murder in American history. Nearly 3,000 innocent people died. Every year, on September 11, at Ground Zero, Shanksville, PA; and the Pentagon, the victims are remembered. Americans have a moment of silence and observe the huge loss of life and the loss of the World Trade Center. September 11 is a day of mourning, remembrance, and reflection on the tragic events.

Because it was a day that changed America forever and let us see just how vulnerable and unprepared we actually CAN be to not have seen it coming. It showed us the weaker link in our government and immigration system, as well as our national security. Very important to remember what happened that day and all of those who passed and very important to remember to stay on our alert for anymore of those ba**ards trying to pull something funny! just remember this about 911. there was a time when we were not vulnerable to the world. 911 changed that rule forever. knowing there are evil people under the guise of a religious zealout showed us just how open we are from the inside.

We were attacked on our own soil. It was a cowardly sneak attack on innocent civilians. And Osama Bin Laden, the one who planned it, is still alive, free, and dangerous.
