Just once in a while - if you grease every time you'll end up with a really filthy clarinet (the grease seems to attract dust & dirt)

well u don't wanna put too much so i suggest put cork grease every other time u use u clarinet

whenever it needs it..when you noticed that it's starting to get hard to put together..about every other time or so.
