I have POCS and my ovaries have been hurting me a lot. If I have to pee it hurts, when I work out it hurts.?

What can I do? I was thinking about going to the doctor so they can see how big the cyst are. If I was to get my ovaries removed, would the POCS go away?

By all means, go to your Doctor. If he should do a hysterectomy, even a partial hysterectomy, will get rid of the cysts.
