I have lost 53 pounds doing the low carb diet. It is a total lifestyle change, and you have to be 100% committed to it, but it does work. I cut out potatoes, bread, rice, pasta, and flour. I never really was a big fruit eater, so those weren't hard to give up at all. After doing this diet for about 9 months so far, it has just become a way of life for me. I won't say that I never have carbs because I do, but I am very contientious about the types of carbs that I choose. I do eat brown rice once in a while, as well as multigrain whole wheat bread sometimes, and whole wheat pasta. But that wasn't until I had lost the weight that I needed to lose. Doing this plan I went from 197 pounds to 144 pounds, and went from a size 16 to a size 8. It does take a whole lot of committment, but if you are motivated you can do it.
I also walk every day on my lunch breaks, and try to stay active with my kids and husband.

There isnt exactly a best way cuz something that worked for one person wont work for the next.I would suggest going to your doctor but Im sure someone already did that.The thing is to do what doesnt make you sick or make you gain all the weight back.There is one important thing to determine though; is whether or not youre genetically predisposed to become or even stay overweight.Everyone or anyone can say exercise and eat right.

Get a major crush on someone. You won't feel like eating due to butterflies in stomach, can't sleep mooning over the dude too. While you are at it go on the no carb diet for 14 days. Then add about 30 gms limit/ maximum of carbs the suceeding days till you reach ideal weight. Took me 3 mos. to lose 26 pounds. went from 128 down to 102. i am 5'2

If you really have tried everything (and tried everything to the best of your ability), then go see your doctor. She or he may tell you that you are fabulous! Or you may need some extra help. Hard to answer...without more details. Are you unhealthy? Or are you just un-in-fashion? Stick with being healthy and happy!

you just have to dedicate yrself abit more making yr healthier eating a good habit and breaking the old ones. read tips on weight loss and some great exercise programs on this site

take long walks every night (at least a mile) and eat heathy i have not try my hardedst but it has worked for my mom.

drink alot of water,do 20 crunches every day during the morning and at night,eat vetgables and fruit,light on the meat,run for 10 minutes every day and the number 1 most inportant.......................................try your best.if you have stretch marks use scar cream .
