My RuneScape name is CTS Soldier and I am a level 95. So why would I want to steal your account. The accounts have to be above level 20 so there is something for me to start with. Just make sure it has the basics like a pickaxe, tinderbox, etc... Some coins would help it go quicker for you but if not its ok. I won't hack it or scam or any crap. If you want me to train your account email me the account name and password. I like the training process but don't want to start my own again and would rather help u guys out and maybe u could help me out later. If I do something wrong explain everything to Jagex and report me (CTS Soldier).

i'm sure when a character comes on with an irregular IP, like if i gave you my character, and instead of seeing my ip, they see the same one that's usually used for whatever your character is, then it would be obvious.
even if you weren't going to scam a player, the simple act of trading an account to a different person is against the rules of the game. if you really like the game so much, don't do something that will get you banned
