can u feel a ball shaped thing when u stick ur fingers in your vagina... like toward the back?? is that my uterus?? and b4 u start ur period can u feel the walls of the vagina thicken... can u feel it and know ur bout to start?

i was asking about the period thing because i'm late on my period and i just wanna know when i'll start.. when i'm in my dorm its always late and at home its on time or early... i wanna way to know i'm bout to start so i'll be prepared..

Your feeling your cervix like smooth but a little whole like a donut. But ALso No you can't feel the walls of your vagina thicken...Pay attention to your mood and how you feel before you start and tehn you will be able to pay attention to say "hey I think i'm going to start soon" Example. I get snappy and crave salt and chocolate like no other and my stomach feels like i'v got craps but it's not. and then i'll start"

It is normal........the ball you feel is your cervix. You cannot feel the uterus with your finger. The cervix is always closed unless you are pregnant and dilated. And no it will not feel different when you are about to start your period. Best way I can tell if I am going to start is my mood and sometimes the discharge may change.

what u r feeling is the cervix at the end of the uterus ,and no u can not feel the walls of the vagina thicken because it is the walls of the uterus that thickens, not the vagina

Not sure, but I think you might be feeling your intestines. They run just to the back of your vagina.
