Well, boxers give your rear end more air to stay cool with, especially if you're wearing shorts. Briefs, however, are better to guard against germs. Thongs shouldn't be worn at all because they scrape the inner lining of your rectum, damaging its natural protective coating and preventing your rectum from airing out properly. I recommend tightey whiteys.

Briefs - my wife keeps buying me boxers and they just stay in the draw....everything feel too loose, er, jiggly to be comfortable, if you know what I mean.
