We own a small business at www.romanticroomdesigns.com. Everyone who has tried the service or ordered our products has been very happy. We have received some favorable press - but not enough yet. People seem to be unfamilar with the concept and the orders from the site have been quite slow. Any suggestions?

For one, use that good pr, put it on the site. I'd also suggest adding feedback from your customers to the site. If you show them that other people liked it, then you'll probably convince them that it's a great concept. Also, it would help if you dummied it down a bit. Some people are slow, and don't catch on very quickly. Show them pictures of finished products, and make sure you don't use any business specific terms, and use terms the average joe, who knows nothing about room design, can understand. It's all in the presentation my friend. I work very closely with a Webdesign company called Thirdweb.com. They often bring their ideas to me to be sure that they are going to go over well. So far they have used every concept I thought would work best, and they have had great success. I'd be more than happy to help you with your website to make it more friendly and conducive to getting you customers, without misleading them. I'll keep in contact, and give you some feedback when I see your site, and give ya a few pointers.
