How did the road ZZYZX get its name?

ZZYZX road is off of hyway 15, in Southern Calif.

Isn't that a song by the group Rush, I saw that too and even snapped a photo of it while we drove by that sign. It was on the trip back from Yosemite. Somewhere by Barstow California I think.

It sure is a road! I drive by it on my way to Vegas. But I've always wondered the same thing.

you gave that name to the particular road... there is no such road..............
