Some way for me to get my head around file sizes without getting to tech.

That's 69 megabytes! Quite a lot of space. Lots and lots and lots and lots of word documents! Nearly 48 floppy discs! (I had to edit this answer the following day because I was slightly drunk the first time).

Where the comma is tells (roughly) how many Megabytes

Divide Whole number by 1.38 to get how many floppies.

its almost 72K.. a floppy is 1.4meg, a CD 650/700, and aDVD is 3.8gigs. So two lots of 72k is 1.44megs.

and to put ti into perspective; a bible fits on 3 floppy disks. 450 floppies to teh CD, 60 cd's to the DVD.
