I am 5'6", 130 lbs...I have a small waist yet have been blessed (in some ways more than others) with a JLo-type booty...
Finding jeans to fit is like murder...hard to get away with. They are either too tight to pull over my thighs or just too short...so, Im wondering if you know of any brands and names to try out...or stores that carry excellent options...please help...thanks!

Oh, and going to the plus-size section is overdoing it...I am slim and toned...just have a big-booty...thats all!

Only from what I've read... the J-Lo brand clothing is supposed to make jeans that fit lucky girls just like you.
You can always just buy the jeans you like and get it tailored. Its like $20.

Go to a Levi's store. If not lucky enough to have one nearby, just go to the Gap. They have 50 different styles, shapes, sizes. I, myself, only can wear one of the Gap's jean styles. I'm 5'9" and 140 lbs. Just try on any and every jean until you find what works. Then note the silhouette (boot cut, straight leg, skinny, low rise, mid rise, etc) that works for you and keep on buying it!

flare jeans in tall or long lengths would be good to try, have you been to NY & Co.? They have stores all over the States.
Since when is being 130 lbs "plus size"? You're fine for your height, don't worry.

Well my friend is super tall and skinny, and although she doesn't have a butt she finds jeans that fit her at the buckle. Also check on line. My brother that is monsterly tall and super skinny finds jeans that fit him as well online.
And you will never in the likes of you find clothes for a 130lb frame in a plus size store. The person who said that is totally crazy. Please ignore her. You are not even close to overweight.

Try JLo jeans, they're made for booty blessed gals!! Otherwise try Gap, they have a ton of different cuts.

JCPenny has all types of stuff and Macy's too. If you're going to buy jeans that fit your bod then JLo clothing line

Have you tried to buy jeans that have stretch in them? I have a little bit of junk in my trunk so I try to go to JC Penney and buy jeans like from VI Goss or Hint, they have stretch in them and let the jeans form to your butt and legs.

attempt land's end.. Can order on line with the help of catalog. there's a length description and there are instructions to apply it. i detect the denims are the perfect installation denims I actual have ever had for my length and top.

you should try pacsun jeans or american eagle jeans. both stores have great choices on size and style.
