I would love to work for Waitrose...surely it is the nicest chain in the world???
Sorry it doesn't answer the quesion, but I think it would be the best supermarket to work for. The staff are polite, the customers don't smell (you know who you are Asda users) and there is a wonderful shortage of baseball caps on the customers.
Go for it.

I dont work for waitrose but i like them, their staff are brilliant.

My wife does (part-time). They are excellent employers. All staff of John Lewis are called Partners and are incredibly well looked after. It's a model of philanthropic employment.
