i used undead princess' recipe for framed eggs today, and it worked pretty good. the trick is to get the right size bread, eggs, and hole, otherwise you can't flip it (or the yolk will break.) also, don't use max heat to toast the bread, you need about 75% or it will burn. i used the cover of my thermos to cut the hole in the bread, and i used another egg with the cut pieces to make french toast circles.

In the mountains, we called it eggs in a basket. You create a hole in the bread, then crack the egg so that the yoke goes in the hole. After the yoke has cooked, you flip it to cook the rest of the egg.

It does have a name and they say it in the movie. I can't remember what it is though, sorry. Maybe you should watch it again. =) It's a great movie, one of my favorites.
