if you do it right...
but DONT go around wearing an orange face.
it's not attractive.
you can go to a department store and they will put makeup on you FOR FREE. just tell them you dont know much about makeup and you need a lesson.

What is 'everything?' If you mean blemishes, scars, spots and birthmarks use Estee Lauder maximum Cover foundation. Lightly and only in places where you need to ,even out the skin tone. I have used it for years and years and I would not say that I have a particularly good skin, but when I have this on, everyone comments at my clear nice skin. I have recommended it to many people and every single person without fail loves it. With make up, you get what you pay for. Cheap brands will give poor results. If you are very young you probably don't need more than a little to hide blemishes.
Best of luck.

By everything do you mean flaws? If that is what you mean the answer is yes IF you buy a high guality makeup. Also, high quality doesn't have to = high price. Do some research and you can often find lighweight (not heavy) makeps that do hide flaws and give your skin a flawless, natural appearance.

You can never cover EVERYTHING up, and that definitely applies to makeup. Makeup (foundation) is basically skin colored paint that takes the color out of your face so it looks even...all one color. In order to bring that color back people apply MORE makeup (blush) ontop of their makeup so they don't look like a mannequin. Makeup is more of an art...not a necessity.

No, because even if you conceal the redness of a blemish or pimple, the bump or indent that it makes is still present.

no. sometimes makeup makes your skin worse. if you have dry skin and use a non- oil product or a powder, your face will get drier and cakey. If your skin is oily and you use an oily product or creams, your skin will get even more oily. you need to balance it out.

HERE'S AN IDEA --IT'S MAKE UP NOT COVER UP! COVER UP IS A PILLOW CASE. MAKE UP ONLY HELPS THOSE WHO HARDLY HAVE ANYTHING TO HIDE.
