What does the w stand for bernie?

If you have beaker you write beaker next to it and draw a straight line between the diagram of the beaker & the word beaker. You do the same for ever other piece ot apparatus.

Do you mean on a diagram?

You have to draw a diagram of the equipment you are using. Then you draw lines from the equipment to the side (don't forget to use a ruler) and then write what the piece of equipment is.
If you need to know the names of pieces of equipment then you will have to be more specific about what they look like. Keep your diagram simple you just need to draw the overall shape of each piece of equipment.

If you mean that you need to write on the piece of equiptment then either you need to use a lab marker pen to write on the glass or stick lab tape onto the glass and write on that.
