I think we have all been there. Thats why it's called a regret. We all do things in our lives which we wished we could have done differently. I always say to myself If I could turn back time I would do this differently. But the reality is we can't turn back time. We can't change the past. I think it is a normal behavior, just as long as you don't let it take over your life and emotions. I've learned to look at these "regrets" as learning expiriences. I am one of "those" people who thinks everything happens for a reason. Think of the things you have now...that might not be there if you DID do things differently. Living is a learning process, we live and we learn. Don't worry you are not alone.

well as life goes on, you will always find you have days that are filled with regrets, your no different than any of the rest of us. except there are many that wont admit they have them.
I call these down in the valley days. but then comes days when we fel we are up on the mountain tops and that helps us to forget the bad times. You will only drive yourself crazy thinking you can change the past, it happened and its is in the past and none of us can change our past. However we can make sure we do not do things that way again. Have a great mountain top day and many more.

Contentment rolls in variable exchanges of heart and feelings primarily the fake ones versus the real Mcoy.

NO regret should take place when contentment is full, but flacid put it out in the open.

Unless we're talking about some days being totally depressed and others jumping with joy, it is normal. We all have our up and downs. Sometimes you may feel more pessimistic and that causes you to see your life in gray.

Because we have highs and lows. I think everyone has regrets, but there are also happy things and it depends on which we are dwelling on at the time how we feel!

Me as well. I guess there are always things happening in our life that triggers those bad days or good ones, but they are so tiny that we don't realise.
