First did She start to get distant when You first started seeing Her ex's brother, or was it after that? Some People just move on, I know it is hard to understand, but They do. The best way to explain it is to think of Someone who has called You that You never called back. Maybe She thinks that You crossed a line, that shouldn't have been crossed, and maybe She just misplaced Your number. Then again if She knows where You live and didn't come by, that raises more questions. Maybe You can get Her number, casually, if You know who She visited. Either way, You will need to hear it from Her. Sometimes We worry about things that are fine. Like I read somewhere that We shouldn't get a crick in Our necks trying to look around the corner for problems that may not even exist.
Hope all turns out well. Happy belated Birthday.............
God bless, and best wishes

Maybe she forgot, which would make her human like the rest of us !! Or she lost your number (phone memory got erased, or lost phone). Either way, is it worth losing a great friendship over something so petty? Or maybe its not still great, since you can't get in touch with her. Call her and ask. Its the only way you'll put your mind at rest. Get the number from a mutual friend

Disappointment is only possible when one has expectations.
You had expectations, which is unfair to your friend. How can she be expected to meet your standards?
I find it hard to believe that there is no way at all that you can find this person's number - I mean, don't they have extended search stuff on Yahoo and Google?
Call her - for gosh sakes - do you really want to lose a close friend because she didn't live up to your expectations?

EEEK! I think it was a rash decision to delete her phone number under such stressful circumstances... But hey, we've all done these things. Maybe you could ask a mutual accquaintance for her number. If you feel bad for not being in touch with her, give it a try, or you might regret it. Plus, if she is avoiding you, maybe she can provide some closure in regards to WHY she's doing so... good luck!

You overreacted by deleting her number. If there is a problem here, it is yours. People forget things. People feel differently about birthdays (I treat mine as close to a regular day as possible).
If you expect everyone to act and feel the way you do in every situation, then you will be often disappointed.

The only one who can help you understand is her. If youre in a relationship with her ex's brother, he's a good source for her current number. What makes you think WE would understand her motivations better than YOU would?

The only way to find out is to ask. Maybe you could get her number from someone? Her ex via his brother maybe?

Sounds like you are really hurt, cant you look up her phone number on anywho.com? Or if you know where she lives, why don't you try to make that first step.
