It is hard to say. Osama bin Laden has been planning this every since the Bush SR Administration.

I know that Bush failed to prevent the attacks, so he could not have done worse than Bush. Bush was even forewarned and didn't bother to read the report!

Yes!
The Twin Towers was a conspiracy instigated by George Bush and his cronies, as well as his father. The Taliban's training was paid for by George Bush senior and money from oil. It's all to do with oil anyway.
I suggest you watch "Fahrenheit 9/11" and make up your own mind. It's very enlightening. Whichever side you choose to believe.

Al Gore would have been much better as a President and he was cheated out of the position.

However, Al Gore has recently realised that he can do more for humanity and the environment as a producer or director of documentaries, than he ever could have by being President.
Even the President has people to answer to.

I can't answer your question, I don't know how anyone could, though I suspect I will be proved wrong in a moment.
All I can say is, that in my opinion I think Al Gore was cheated out of the Presidency - the election was the worst example of the inefficiency of a so called world power, it made the usa a world laughing stock. From my observations and I am British therefore I do not profess to have an inside knowledge, Al Gore seems a very articulate and intelligent man and I am sure he would have made a great president and a statesman.

Not a chance.
Whoever is selected, (as opposed to elected) into the position of president has the approval ov the powers that be, i.e. the Illuminati/Fourth Reich/New World Order/Zionists, or whatever you want to call them. They are the ones who planned 9/11, and the president didn't really have much to do with it. He was kept out of the way in case he fouled up the plan.

Unfortunately, most people believe th propaganda in the press, who are also complicit in 9/11.
On the day it happened Al Qaeda didn't even exist. The CIA invented the name later

I don't believe that the Twin Towers attack could have been prevented by whoever won the 2000 presidential election. The attack had probably been in the planning for years before 2001. I do believe, however, that America would not be in the military mess that is Iraq had they elected Gore as president.

Your question is as provocative as it is wrong. The twin Towers disaster pre-dated Afghanistan and Iraq. Even if there was a grain of truth in what you say, appeasement leads to a much bigger problem in the future. That might suit naive short term thinkers. Also, you have forgotten perhaps the first attempt on the Twin Towers in 1993, and the many other terrorist attacks against American targets.

I don;t know about Al Gore.. but i think they would still be standing if Clinton was still in power... and even if they weren't I believe that he would not have sent troops into Iraq which had nothing whatsoever to do with the twin towers attack...

Yes, the world would be safer and greener and Britain would still like Tony Blair.

Al Gore would have been (and may yet be) a great president of the USA. Lets hope he stands in 2008.

I don't know, but I'm sure if Al Gore had been president and 9/11 had still happened the repubicans in that lovely way of theirs would have been pinning as much blame on him as possible.

this attacks were planned when clinton was in office , ramzi yousef (the first twin towers bomber), was determined to see a major symbol of americas might and wealth destroyed . The clinton administration had numerous oppotunitys to capture bin laden, but lacked any moral backbone, so i feel that with gore in power you would be lucky to have any buildings standing, so NO
