It really depends on what type of books you like, I have read many good books. If you are looking for a true story made into a movie (but did not do the book justice) read "When rabbits howl".
I really was involved with the "left behind" series.

Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro
Memiors of a Geiisha by Arthur Golden
Disgrace by J. M. Coetzee
The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck
To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee
Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury
Lord of the Flies by William Golding
These are a few of my favorites...they are all rather easy reads which makes it nice for just kick-back reading! Have Fun!

The whole "In Death" series by J. D. Robb, other wise known as Nora Roberts. "Candles Burning" by Tabitha King (Stephen King's wife) n Michael McDowell, who died before the book was finished, so Tabitha stepped up n finished it. Any of John Grisham's books are good. The latest I've read was "The King Of Torks". Really good.
