how can i buy land internationally? asap?

in morocco. i want to put the title in my name. i know that the moroccan goverment is corrupted so what's a way that's 100 % safe. please, asap.

Seek an American/moroccan attorney who can arrange it. I wanted to buy a house in Mexico, and I found a Law firm in this country, who knew the laws of the country I was purchasing in.
I found him through a Google search.
