help anyone know about the anti kell antibodies in pregnant mums?

im 21 weeks pregnant and have the antikell anti bodies in my blood my partner has been tested and no anti bodies have been detected in his blood. anyone else been through this or going through this with more information?

I had antibodies but we had test and they came from my husband. I had to have blood work done every two weeks to watch my numbers.
