Tesco needs to back off now?

I work for Sainsbury's been there for 15 years now and we are losing hours and jobs because of Tesco, I hate to see little shops suffer and also I am concern for my job now

SO what is Tesco doing that Sainsbury's can learn from? Sainsbury used to be #1 now they are #3.
