This might just be coincidence or something, but before I found out I was pregnant, I felt tightening in my stomach, like I had been exercising or something, I can't really explain it, but I would have been about 3 or 4 weeks pregnant by then. I guess it's pretty hard to tell that early if you're pregnant or not, you'll probably have to wait it out a few more weeks.

The first symptoms (presumptive symptoms) you might have AFTER 2 weeks are a missed period, nausea & vomiting, breast changes & tenderness, urinary frequency, excessive fatigue. Or, other than a missed period, you may have no symptoms at all DURING the first 2 weeks. Best to take a home pregnancy test when in doubt.

You wouldn't yet. your body needs time to make enough of the hormones needed to produce any symptoms. Some of the earliest ones though are ... being tired all the time, tender breasts, morning sickness, some people even get weird cravings as early as 1 month. If you haven't missed your period, don't worry about it. if y ou have then the best way to see is to have a pregnancy test done. Go to a free clinic (their tests are more accurate than the at home ones)

One of the first signs is having to go to the bathroom a lot and morning sickness. Most symptoms do not occur until after the first month.

Possibly nausea. You tend to feel worn out . Your sense of smell is heightened.
