Narutofan.com is one of the best , they have the manga up pretty quick. You have to pay a fee to download the anime but if its just the comic goodness you want, go to the site and join up.
The manga is far far ahead of the Anime and you don't have to sit through lesser quality filler episodes.

Don't waste your time reading Anime/manga!!!! Dc comics and Marvel comics are way Better.
