i need help getting my internet address bar back. it has dissapeared and i can not figure out how to get it back. I am having to search for the websites i want to look at instead of just typing the address in... can anyone help me??

ok i tried right clicking and the address bar already has a check mark beside it, and when i click on it, it just collapses the pull down window and doesn't do a thing... this is my work computer so can someone else block that feature and i not be able to fix it?

ok i started messing around with it and someone had made it so small that i couldn't see it and i dragged it back to the normal size... thanks for the ctrl L that is cool i didn't know that

Right click near the top of the screen, next to Help. A menu should appear, choose address bar or location bar. This should show the address bar again. If that doesn't work, you can always use ctrl+L to open a box to put in a URL to go to instead of searching it.

You want it back, right click on the Standard Buttons, a list will be displayed, click on the Address Bar, If it's hidden you need to expand the address bar if, and toolbars should be unlocked.
And there you have it your address bar is ready to be typed with websites.

to show the Address bar by right-clicking the toolbar,and then clearing or checking the check mark for theAddress bar.

or go to view, toolbars, check address bar
