Bill can't be VP: 1)nepotism is illegal; 2)he can't be in the chain of succession again.
Also, if she's elected they'll be moving the oval office to an icy tower atop Mount-psycho-ho's-beast.

In theory I guess Bill could be VP, however I strongly doubt that it would happen. I hope that Hillary runs, and that she wins, and no, there won't be a second Oval office built

I don't think Bill really WANTS to go back to the future. I mean, he's very wealthy and one of the world's best-known celebrities and those were always his top priorities. The nookie he already had (and still has) plenty of.
For the life of me I can only understand that duo's desire to once again go around with giant targets on their backs in the context of an overweening desire for power. Hillary especially has shown a lust for power that reminds me of The Evil Dick Nixon. Bill has only wanted it because of the perks that came with it.

I am a Democrat, but I would prefer Dr. Rice over Hilary as president.
Because she is on the ball, if Bush had read her report, he might have prevented the Sep 11 attacks.
