I didnt get up and going til noon, I just had some scrambled eggs and some milk.
I had a Blueberry/Banana smoothie while i was out running errands

i had maple brown sugar oatmeal wit a glass of milk!!!! also a cup of Starbucks coffee the best coffee in the world. (Carmel frapicheno)
