It is the case that almost everyone has that one special teacher that attracted them. It's perfectly natural. That's why it is the responsibility of teachers to keep it in their pants. No doubt it would be hard because when I was going to school there were certainly some good looking teachers and students that didn't look that different in age. There is a difference in thinking about it and doing it.

Eeeww! Definitely not! But then, I don't think I had a teacher under the age of 45. When I was in high school, the teachers were always older than my parents.

Absolutely not, common or not it is just wrong. It is just sick! There is nothing 'cool', 'mature', or 'fun' about it. Very people are doing this, it is not a trend, the problem is that people think they are. How do I know? I am in High school.

Though I had a huge crush on my English teacher, it was purely intellectual. There's no way I would have gone through with it. It would have destroyed my idealizing.
