OMG YES! its amazing. they've got a lot of halloween decorations up. people walk around dressed up as gothic killers, killer clowns, and other creepy looking things. the clowns run around with chain saws. and if they can tell you're scared, they'll follow you. and if ur not its still fun to watch them go after people and they run away freaking out. they play some really cool/creepy halloween music. the water for the river/fountains are dyed red. theres a free haunted forest and one you have to pay extra for. ive only been in the free one and its decent. very dark, very small area to walk. they hide in garbage cans and pop out and its pretty neat. i suggest going if you can!

i think its worth it, but im usually not bothered by the "monsters" which dissapoints me. The scares are the usual jump out and scare you. the park will most likely be extremely crowded after dark so be prepared to wait. i love haunted houses + i have a 6 flags pass so i try everything at fright fest, and my advise is to not expect to be frightened. I found myself laughing more than screaming (except on kinda ka and the 3D clown house because i hate clowns). If you are going to the NJ six flags i would also try the hayride you drive by before getting on 195.

I haven't been to an Amusement Park since 1970.
I attended Six Flags over Mid-America.
I was just a kid and had a blast.
I think maybe I need to do this again at 45.
Thanks for the indirect reminder!

I've been to the one at Great adventure and it's really good. I love the people walking around the park because a lot of them just blend in with the crowd and it's hilarious when thy scare someone really good. The hayride was a little lame but the haubted house is really good and the haunted forest.

It's not bad. Depends on how many you've been to. If you've been to a lot of good haunted houses, then it's ok, but if you've not, then it's pretty good.

If I had a choice, I'd go to Halloween Haunt at KnotsBerry or Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. Those are by far the best anywhere!

Anyways, hope that helps some. :-)

it is great!! i go to the one in jackson, NJ called Great Adventure. the one at great adventure is amazing!! i don't know how it is the one by you but this on is great!! the physco clowns come out at night and they have haunted hayrides to! plus they have a walkway where all of the scary people come out and try to haunt you it is pretty cool. also when frightfest is going on they decorate out of control they even decorate coasters! they put cobwebs on them and make them glow different spooky colors.

if you are scared of monsters and physco clowns that jump out at you, you can go to the park during the day and they have more friendly hayrides and the walkway isn't open. so if their are little kids going with you i suggest that you go during the day but if it is you and a bunch of older people then go at night because night is when everything happens.
