To have a court order issued to someone to ban them from contacting me in any form? I am aware of AVO's but I feel this is a little extreem as this person has only ever harrassed me by email, sms & by slandering my name to family & friends. I feel I must take action against this person now as it has been going on for way to long & I have asked her countless times to simply let me be. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
Thanks is advance for your answers :o)

ok melissa you cannot help yourself can you? look at you now stalking me online!! You have an extremely bizare sense of reality & nothing you say is fooling anyone. Have a look at the majority of answers you recieved from your stupid question, you are an obsessed freak & I want you to leave me the hech alone. You are going to be sorry hey, I warned you time & time again to leave me alone. Now you pay the lawful penalty for your continuous harrassment.

Peter is more than welcome to contact us, he knows this, but we will not hear any backing or support of you. It is unjustified, as for the privacy act, read it you twit. I did for my Industrial Relations module. Read it/ lol you really are a dumb **** ho!!

Bring copies of the harrassing emails and messages to the courthouse when you go there to file for a harrassment / restraining order. your local county courts should have a domestic abuse office or other specific person who will listen to your allegations and type up an ex-parte order to be reviewed by a judge. If you are granted the order, and the person who has been bothering you is served with notice of the order, then any future contact from this person will be something for which you must call the police and show them a copy of the order so that she can be arrested.
Restraining orders are civil matters, but violation of an RO is a criminal offense.

I would use another screen name to enter the Internet & would not give that name out to anyone that could not be trusted. I hope this helps...

No, this is the job of the police. Do not feel that you are imposing on them in anyway.

maybe if you didn't write the bullshit in the first place about this person you wouldnt have been contacted, dont write stuff about me on the page cause you full of it. i never one wrote anything at the pub yes i do know who did but it wasn't me so don't blame me for evrything. as for getting that avo/ stop contact order go ahead but you the one making it harder for this family to get along not me... funny how me and p were going to contact you guys and have a talk but we think its not worth it now. your just going to live in the past and not move on........ i would have let you be i never one wrote on the internet about you and under the privicy act its illigal to write someones name and where they live i would never do it to you i know you have moved you wouldnt like it if we out your address on the net or anything about you for that matter so dont do it to others treat people how you want to be treated and i know you wouldnt want to be put all over the net like you have dont to me
