It's not "Republican" intentions. It's a controlling segment of the Republican party that are utilizing fear to gain (or continue) control.

You assume a few things in asking the question in this way. First it is not true that Republicans have intentions that one can list or identify as meaningful or unified. They state that they have some but do quite different things such as spending more than Democrats.

You sound like you are asking regarding things motivated by fear, such as protecting the USA against attack from within or from a missile attack from some "bad guys." In that vein both parties will always be motivated by fear and should be as there are really bad guys out there who think we should be dead, along with others who do not convert to their religions. Some of those folks are motivated by fear of the USA.

Why can't we all just get along? I guess because some countries have schools where its not politically incorrect to train people to hate and kill Americans, Jews and Christians. Here, there would be an uproar if we had schools doing the same. So as we try to be nice and peaceful and helpful to the world, they just do not like us and we live with fear.

As long as fear of expressing one's own opinions rather than what is popular and politically correct will misguide Democratic intentions.

Reminding Americans of the continuing threat of Islamic jihadism is not fear-mongering. It is a responsible thing for the government to do, considering how many idiots like you are quick to dismiss the threat by attacking the people who have thus far kept you safe from another attack.

For as long as the Democraps are around, thinking they can make friends with everyone. Until they come up with an agenda, rather than crying and whining, thank goodness we have an ELECTED leader not afraid to make decisions.

Suggestion: Move to Iran, Pakistan, China, etc. They already would have been on there way to your house to kill you due to your statement..

I dont believe that fear guides them, they just know how to use it quite effectively.

9/11 was the best thing to happen to Bush(The TERROR President) and the republicans.

They use it every chance they get, and its worked great for them in the last two elections.
