YES!! If she is really your best friend you wouldn't even consider dating the guy she has a crush on. Do you really want to potentially lose your best friend over a guy!??!
IF she decided she was not interested in him and told you she didn't care if you went out with him, then that's a different story.

Yes if you do it behind their back. No if you ask them if it's OK. especially if their crush is not interested in them. Always be true and honest with your friends. You can't have a good relationship with any one with secrets. If you like their crush you should tell them. If you don't it will come out eventually and then their will be hurt feelings.

kind of you they date the best friends crush maybe they were she was not her real friend in the beginning. YES its wrong!
