if there is no restraining order in place, the repeated calling isn't a crime,,,,yet. but why not just let the county deal with your ex and that will happen at the time of the baby's birth when you declare him the biological father, and the courts will then begin the process of adjudicating him the father so that child support can be ordered........if he doesn't admit freely to being the father, you may have to wait for DNA testing to be done.

If he's an ex. Just wait it out, then get child support. Sounds like you guys are pretty much done with each other anyway.

Why bother with the frustration of the new GF and/or being slapped with a restraining order, thereby blocking all means of communication until you can get a paternity hearing.

You should go to the DFS office and tell them what is going on and tell them that your trying to contact the father however if she tries to get a restraining order on you then you will be able to go to court and tell the judge why you were trying to contact the father and let it be known that the girlfriend is interfering with your contact. Make sure you document every call.

Call him at work. File a restraining order against HER. And get yourself an attorney because you are going to need one when it comes time to get some child support. Your child deserves that much.

Go get a lawyer if you know definitely that your ex is the father (not meaning to be ugly with that stmt.). Also, if she sent her uncle without any police report, that is harassment, and the uncle should know better. Get a lawyer period.

You need to move on, apparently he has. Let it go.......
You both could get trouble..........

If you are having his baby, then apply for child support and name him as the father, they will serve him papers and then he will know and when he gets in contact with you about this (and he will) you can tell him that you did try to contact him about this, but wasn't able to due to????????????????????

this uncle of hers...could get in trouble for that...that's abuse of power, and very unprofessional...its not so easy getting an restraining order...its got to go thru a Judge first...and got to have valid grounds...

Leave her alone, have the baby, get a DNA test, and then go after your ex for child support.

It sounds like she should be the one in trouble if you are only calling to tell him you are pregnant by him.
