In every book published in the United States there will be a page that gives you this information, I forget what its called but its often after the first blank page. I have seen it at the rear of the book too. Now, if your book is all paper without this page, that means your teacher copied the book and didn't want you to know that information. This is normally called copyright infringement which may be why the information page is missing. However, it may also be missing because there was an agreement with the copyright owner and the teacher and the teacher and the copyright owner got tired of being bothered by frivolous students who thought they had an edge against the teacher and was reporting the infringement out of spite, so its best to just ask the teacher for the information. Showing your intelligence, not your childishness.
