It appears as if someone sent this to someone else wanting to tell the other that they love them, but wanted also to hide it it a mess of gobbledeegook just to make the other person work for it (maybe the sender was too shy to just say it)...

the noise text is nearly all from the middle row of the keyboard, ajdlksfdsjh etc so it is just fog.
