I feel for you, Dude.
I've owned and sold 2 boats and it took 2 years each time to sell each boat. First was a 1998 SeaRay 185. The 2nd was my 1999 Cobalt 220. I just sold that one 3 months ago after being for sale for 2 years.
NADA Guides is a great place for used boat values:

If you have a local newspaper that has online classified ads, that is a good place to post. Boat Trader is a way to post national or regional ads. They have specials sometimes where you can post for one price until it sells.

What I'd do is log on to Ebay and put the same type boat that you have on their search. You will get an idea as what the going prices people are paying. Then, put your boat on their site, but remember to put in a 'reserve' price. That means the bottom dollar you will accept if it's sold. Don't take a change of having it sold for a cheap price. We have bought many things through Ebay and the biggest was a Suburban SUV. We have never gotten a bad deal, and you'll be surprised at what people will pay on Ebay.

Go to nada.com. They can give you the value of your boat, it's quick and free. I have my boat for sale currently, so i just went through this, but unfortunatly, i own one of the few that require an independant appraisal. But they can help you find someone for that, too. I listed mine on boattrader.com, it's been about 1 1/2 months, i have gotten quite a few responses, but it can take awhile. But all inquiries come through Boat Trader, so you can choose to respond or not, the potential buyer must wait for you to contact them, which is nice.
