The other answers are not entirely correct.

"bored" = "cha'n" in Vietnamese
"sad" = "buo^n`"

So the above would say, in Vietnamese:

"Tro+i` O+i! Cha'n Qua' D+i!"

"troi oi"! con buon lam a!...edit; "novice" is correct, "chan" means bored, but no one uses that term.. people say "buon .. which literally means sad/lonely... for that matter "troi" doesn't mean God.. it means "sky" CHUA or CHUA troi means GOD.. but the common expression is "troi oi" & "buon"
